On 4 Jumada Al-Ula 1443 (corresponding to 8 December 2021), the First Commercial Circuit in Dammam issued its ruling to terminate the financial restructuring procedure for two debtors and commencing a liquidation procedure for Saad Trading, Contracting and Financial Services only.
بتاريخ 4 جمادى الأولى 1443هـ (الموافق 8 ديسمبر 2021م) أصدرت الدائرة التجارية الأولى بالمحكمة التجارية بالدمام حكمها بإنهاء إجراء إعادة التنظيم المالي للمدينين وافتتاح اجراء التصفية لشركة سعد للتجارة والمقاولات والخدمات المالية فقط.
