On 13 Jumada Al-Thani 1440 (corresponding to 18 February 2019) the First Commercial Circuit of the Commercial Court in Dammam issued its ruling to commence the financial restructuring procedure for the two debtors and appointing the former trustee / Saleh Al-Naim (may Allah have mercy on him) as the trustee of the procedure. On 24 February 2019, the former trustee announced the commencement of the procedure.
