On 1 Jumada Al-Thani 1440 )corresponding to 6 February 2019(, and in accordance with the bankruptcy law issued by Royal Decree No. M/50 and dated 28 Jumada Al-Ula 1439, the debtor Maan Al-Sanea submitted his application to the Commercial Court in Dammam to commence a financial restructuring procedure for him and Saad Trading, Contracting and Financial Services Company as a result of their failure to settle the creditors’ claims.
